The share price is EXACTLY reflective of the value of this company as it has shown thus far. No one except the true believers is going to pay more for KBLB until they definitively show that they can do what they claim they can do; produce mass quantities of their Miracle Fabric.
Until then, the share price will fall as the dilution continues.
