lost dividends under summary judgment (plaintiff's did not lose it, just that not under jury trial). lost value and everything else will go to trial. they are taking all of earnings in perpetuity so it is obvious plaintiff's will win if it goes to trial. lamberth spent good chunk of time on this and will be very hard to not go to trial imo.
