rsh I think you are confusing me with others.

where have I ever said they (HYSR) are making anything apart from pictures on a web site?

I occasionally do suggest that there is a infinitesimal chance that they can actually do more than their baggy demo and if so it theoretically could be more efficient than current approaches but will be expensive and require regular maintenance.

I was using "selling" in the wrong sense, "promoting" perhaps as HYSR as nothing to sell. My point is that there is an established company (HTOO) which is selling the same solution - grid free Hydrogen produced at the solar panel that HYSR just talks about.
