I bought some. And bought a new plunger. Put one in the plunger, manged to get out on the roof through the bedroom window (much harder than it was five years ago) looked under the tarp and saw it all looked pretty well siliconed up so pumped a bit on, put the tarp back and struggled back inside. Forgot to seal the end of the tube .. somehow, and well.... you know how hard that tube was the next time i looked at it. Bought two tubes. Still have one which i could get out there again with. A guy suggested the leak might be due to flashing on the side where it meets the other house. I still think it started when there new roof went on. My rough spot was there before and it didn't leak. Spent about a $100 by memory.

It's my house. Real estate people shortly after i came in said don't spend any money on the place as it will probably be gutted when sold. I said don't even paint it inside. No people will think you are covering something up. So i've rid the place of termites. And put a new beam across the front under the little balcony. And put a new roof which i got scammed on by a green frog i though was a decent guy, but did a crummy job which caved .. https://www.greenfrogroofing.com.au/ .. on the used to be studio in the back. That was about $4000 down the tube, by memory.

I've even re-tiled tiles in the shower recess which kept falling off. Got tired of doing that so now just live by self and have an occasional bath .. seriously, am not as slack as you must have thought.

Was told not to spend dough on it by different real estate people. So not spending any money on it i don't really really have to. Now i don't close the big heavy sliding glass door at the back any more 'cuz it's worn through the thing it slides on. It's been open for six months.

can't eat apples cuz my bottom jawbone doesn't have the normal bump a denture is able to hang onto

don't have a car, but that's good for the environment

house is old enough to be but is good enough for me ..
