The courts have already ruled on postings on IHUB with the EADE case. There have been complaints filed for as long as I have been around. Usually by promoters that don’t like people raining on their parade. But if you check the SEC LITIGATIONS it is the promoters that get litigated. Another just days ago (Computerbux).
You step in on the corruption that takes place on these types of stockboards?
Actually I have been doing DD on many companies and try to post facts. Along the way if I see something that may violate laws that the company does, I will file a complaint.
