Bollinger will obviously need to be issued more and more shares the lower the price goes from his original agreed upon share price. So if David decides to continue to dilute, the share price will continue to go down and he will have to issue Bollinger more shares to make up for the purchase price of Bollinger Automotive which stands at 148 million. Now if David decides to reverse split, which he is probably going to do at some point, then Bollinger may or may not also be split adjusted. If he is, then there must be some safeguards in place to prevent him from losing money along with the rest of the longs here.
