rjeff1, I honestly do not believe you are short-selling the stock! I happen to think that your posts are lucid, insightful, and motivating. Unfortunately, we are all sidelined, waiting for the next shoe to drop. The Milk Dud is clever to a fault. While outsmarting everyone here, he has also closed the door on growth opportunities for himself and his company. Why? Nobody trusts him anymore! Traders are skeptical about jumping in, and shareholders have been beaten into the ground by the Milk Dud. Everyone here is tired of listening to this guy. He has sung one too many songs.
I thought long and hard about why the Milk Dud has been stuck in the mud; Is he inept? Does he lack the smarts? Maybe he is happy with the status quo. After all, he makes a reasonable living. In NY, it can be considered average, but with two salaries, he can live comfortably.
Then it hit me- Maybe, just maybe, he doesn't want to go for state and federal election certification. But why not? If Milk Dud is operating his company in an unethical manner if he is walking a fine line between cheating and honesty, does he really want open pandora's box to be scrutinized with a fine tooth comb by elections officials, state agencies, federal agencies, etc.? I don't think so. Why else has he been dragging his feet on applying for the certification? No money? Well, stop taking it all! Doesn't the blockchain technology they have worked on for the past 5 -10 years work the way it should? No? Then why hasn't he fixed it by now? It seems to work fine for Union elections, Company elections, and school elections, which is Milk Dud's bread and butter. It's safe, under the radar, produces revenue, and generates profits. Why should he care that the shareholders made it possible for his company to exist? The Dud has not lost a wink of sleep! He likely will continue on this obnoxious path as long as we remain sidelined.

Don't go to SWAT. Management consultant. So I emailed Matthews with suggestions last month on the call to action and in support of the board. Did anyway else?

I don't see a company if you remove the actual guy running the elections. Then you have no company.

The approach needs to take a different angle.

Ninja out!
