I have seen the massive rain breaks in Wallonia here (water 2-5m high in the streets for many days) and they are still rebuilding from it after more then a year.

I have no idea what an hurricane does (we don't have any here and I didn't have any when I stayed in the US either) but I can imagine it must be scary.
