Did everyone hear Howard admit that GDSI is to get at least $11 million....of course he's balking on the $192m, but the judge paraphased Howard and asked him to confirm that GDSI will get at least $11m....is that correct?

At the end of the orals when the judge was asking about the transfer of shares the very last statement made by Howard about the shares was hard to figure out what he said about what Rontan will do about the transfer of shares....did he say they will?
