A Balanced and Non Biased View is Necessary on the Dilution issue

1. Dilution is Occurring but it is Palatable Due to the Revenue Generating Acquisitions that are being Acquired . NOBODY CURRENTLY HAS LOANED MULN ANY FUNDING FOR THEIR COMPANY

They have to do what all the Startup Companies Do ... Dilute to Fund The Company until Revenue is Generated to Sustain the Company

A. Bollinger Motors ( 6.25 Billion on 50k Reserved EV sales)
B. The ELMS Electric Vehicle Plant in Indiana if they win the Bid on October 7th
( Increased Production Capacity to Expedite EV Sales )
