I always see companies do PR's just before or on Day 1 of conferences to create a buzz. I would be surprised if they signed the deal without generating a forecast and were going to generate a forecast at a trade show. If that was their intent then I doubt that John would have signed an exclusive marketing agreement with them. One think that is encouraging is that VERT has taken their foot of the stock price. They were the Axe for a long time and now they are standing back letting the other market makers control the stock with their order flows.
