On the OTC you can trade Pre-market but you can't trade after hours - the T-trades isn't a trade it is a consolidation of trades throughout the day - usually from a insider selling a large block.
You must be pulling your data from the OTCshortreport - which is short volume not short interest.
Post your proof that anyone is naked shorting a trips stock.
Why aren't you specific web of lies the Shorters are weaving and post your proof they are lies.
