Eddie's thinking of slithering back in bed with Preacher-Boy Troy Covey again? Longtime fans will recall they tried dating once before when Troy wanted to take his APT Motovox public. But one of them either cheated or got cold feet so they called off the wedding. APT eventually reverse merged with FROZ and changed its ticker to MTVX. Years later and destroyed by toxic convertible "death spiral" financing it rots in the "ex-spurt market."

So is another reverse merger in the works? If so, will Eddie actually follow through with it or just PR the crap out of it again then bail as he has multiple times before?

If so, will he treat SUTI shareholders the same as he and his longtime lawyer Jonathan Leinwand did when they conspired to reverse merge TDEY with Leinwand's slumlord real estate company? Eddie "acquired" JMD Properties who changed the name and ticker symbol. THEN they pulled a devastating 1-for-50,000 Reverse Split that wiped out all the old shareholders.

Before the R/S 1 million shares pegged at .0001 were worth $100 total. After the R/S they were given >20 shares< priced at $5.00 each (still $100). In a nanosecond those shares were carpet bombed into oblivion. Eventually their $100 worth of stock was reduced to $3-$4 TOTAL.

We will be posting a PR , for tomorrow's release 9/27/22. Its related to an acquisition that we are working on. There are several in the Queue, and some simply happen sooner. So we will update.
