Trump took the 5th roughly 440 times during his questioning by NYS AG's office. Literally, everything out of his mouth is a lie and his lawyers at least know to tell him to keep it zipped.
And, for the record, these are Trump appointed judges, Trump appointed FBI leadership, Trump appointed election officials who are all going against him now.
Anyone, at any time, ever, who has stood up for Dear Leader and tried to do his bidding, has wound up either with unpaid bills or on the wrong side of the law. Every one.
His downfall is long overdue, there's reason(s) he didn't carry NYC in the election.
Mike Lindell’s motion to get his phone back and have a special master appointed was just denied by the court. The court cited the 11th Circuit’s reversal in the Trump case. Trump’s ridiculous motion helped Lindell lose his. So much winning on the Trump Train!
His lawyers won't do that because they risk disbarment or even worse, being roped in to the obstruction complaint. The airheads who were supposed to be representing him already lied to the FBI and continued to go flapping their gums on right wing propaganda channels. Their future is shaky at best.
I wouldn't be surprised if they abandon him and cut their losses now.
and after the shit pile gets truly overturned then people need too look into that store bought judge that allowed this to happen.
