I own most in commons, I also hold a small protective preferred position , in case common goes zero and preferred goes par, i can recover my initial invest

Stop with the SPS Conversion.
Senior Preferred Stock cannot be converted to Common Stock or any class of Stock UNDER THE TERMS of THE AGREEMENT.

I hold a smaller FNMA load, but wanting to add Preferreds.
