It is a little less. I like it because it goes down on low volume with sellers only losing a few hundreds of dollars each falling for fears of bankruptcy when actually the sharp desire is to get it lower than what RS catalysts are supposed to and get as much as a 1:50 RS to make lots of money on RS as a catalyst.
RS is a nice catalyst because while waiting nobody has to worry about the company doing an offering!
