They definitely had their lawyer make it VERY clear that 4.34M was it sue to shareholder concerns.

Your going to be waiting for the rest of your life because a BioAmber restructuring never took place. BioAmber was liquidated and not restructured.
The last BioAmber 8k clearly states All the assets of BioAmber were sold save and except for the cash accounts, inventory, AR and some office furniture in the US. It also states that LCYB did not want any of the existing contracts. It states there is NO value for equity investors (shareholders) and that can’t be anymore clear
