INND has a footprint larger then most of the big boys as they took the distribution gamble while the otc hearing law was under review.
Now that they have the footprint and they manufacture the supply chain INND could be a ripe buyout candidate.
October 16 finalization of the law could be boom time for this company.

I agree that Sony may take a leading role in this market, however I'm willing to bet that Sony has competition in probably every market they are in.
I own this stock and I have done quite well. Do I plan to hold long term probably not. Have I made money? Absolutely, I've taken a nice profit on my initial investment and am currently free riding.
Is there a chance for more upward movement? I think so.
Will this company ever be a Sony? Probably not.
I'm also in my mid 60's and I've never owned a Sony product and have gotten along just fine.
IMO, penny stocks are almost all pure speculation plays. There is a time to get in and a time to exit.

I just watched the SONY/WS announcement video posted here.

I am not going near this stock now that I know that Sony is working on OTC

hearing devices with WS..a leading audiology company.

I am 66 and retired now and spent my life working in CE, consumer electronics.

I worked for Sony in the 90's and have been to Japan a few times as a product manager.

They don't enter markets half heartedly.

People should be aware of how this development affects INND.

Now I understand a big reason as to why this stock is trading where it is

They are a gnat compared to Sony.

Not throwing any money into this now.

GLT A.....think about this and make the right decision...this stock and company is done.

I searched Walmart.com for "INNERSCOPE" etc and get NOTHING BACK VIA GOOGLE LMAO !!!

I plugged mere word "SONY" into Walmart's website - and just for kicks ONLY WHAT I CAN GET ASAP in 2 days to immediately and got 739 INSTANT ITEMS and they range from many $1,000's of dollars (TV's etc) to highest end Playstation a LEGEND all the way to ear buds aka HEARING DEVICES and headphones and IN-EAR headsets aka EXACT what HearAssist peddle but CHINA INC CRAP vs the highest respected SONY BRAND !!

Moore was accused of using unlawful schemes to mislead elderly customers at multiple branch locations throughout Northern California into buying the most expensive hearing aids. McDonald Hearing Aid Center advertised a $745 hearing aid product to lure consumers into stores where they reportedly were pressured and misled into purchasing products costing several thousand dollars.

The accusation filed in 2015 listed victims that include an elderly Catholic nun and an 88-year-old World War II veteran with hearing loss from German artillery fire; in some cases, the alleged victims reportedly were incorrectly tested and their hearing losses were overstated to up-sell them into more expensive hearing aids.
McDonald Hearing Aid Center would, in some cases, allegedly refuse to issue refunds unless the client went through a lengthy Patient Journey, which would then place them beyond the 30-day refund time limit.

The accusation against Moore did not list any complaints against the Grass Valley branch, although it did allege that an ad that appeared in The Union listed testimonials that were fraudulent; the Grass Valley branch, in the 700 block of Freeman Lane, was recently bought out by Bloom Hearing Aid Center.

The California Attorney General’s Office filed a civil suit in December 2016 in Sacramento County Superior Court, working with the Sacramento, Contra Costa, Sonoma, Yolo and Placer county district attorney’s offices.

The suit named McDonald Hearing Aid Center Inc., owners Mark Lee Moore and Kimberly Moore, McDonald Hearing Foundation Inc. and Moore Family Hearing Company Inc. Also named were Moore Corporate Enterprises, which operated approximately 18 retail stores throughout Northern California, as well as the Moores and their son, Matthew Moore, as owners of Innerscope Advertising Agency Inc. and Innerscope Advertising Agency LLC, two companies that created advertising for McDonald Hearing Aid Center. The suit also named Elite Consultants Inc. of Redding, its president Gregory Edward Scott and vice president Ashley Brown, who acted as salespersons for McDonald Hearing Aid Centers.

The defendants were charged with fraud, deceptions, misrepresentation, false advertising, and unlawful and unfair business practices that targeted senior citizens and people with hearing loss.

There will be a lot more companies moving to sell OTC but INND appears to be ahead of the competition as far as lining up retailers for distribution. Also with price point, value, metrics, distribution and logistics. If Sony wants a piece of the billions dollars hearing aids industry, they just got busy and started doing the math.
