On April 28, 2022, Unique Logistics International, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a stock purchase agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”), by and between the Company and Unique Logistics Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong corporation (the “Seller”), whereby the Company acquired from the Seller all of Seller’s share capital (the “Purchased Shares”) in nine (9) of Seller’s subsidiaries (collectively the “Subsidiaries”) as listed in Schedule I of the Purchase Agreement.

$UNQL revenue Billion dollars bottom line net-profit almost 20 million for the entire year. That is twice more than the market cap right now. This is incredibly undervalued that I never ever see in my entire years. The recent 8-k indicated they are about to close on the merge which tells me they are getting the approval to move to Nasdaq. People seem to forget they received a pending IPO . I think they need to clear out the debts which they did by converting all the debts into equity. If r/s uplist this stock could easily move +1000% in one day. Yes, it happened to other stocks like ATXG which moved +13000% in one day. Believe it or not I have nearly 2 million shares held strong for all these years.
