• With FDA approval of Daxxify, RVNC has access to the second $100M tranche of the $300M loan deal inked in Mar 2022 (#msg-168271221).

• In today’s upsized public offering, RVNC raised ~$216M of net proceeds (#msg-169932970).

• RVNC has access to a $150M ATM facility with Cowen that has not yet been tapped (https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1479290/000119312522146394/d305234d424b5.htm ).

The four items above ($234M, $100M, $216M, $150M) sum to $700M.
