we need more and more

and - bluntly - places like SF or Chicago need to allow higher residential development - massively opposed by those who now own

(they know its bad for ROI and they do not want the density)

I sit in the middle and want more than now as there is no choice but to allow taller buildings in residential neighborhoods to expand supply ---- as base empty land is gone
