I believe that MONI do have marketing plans, but I believe the company realized that they needed to get their product (BitGift) in a better place of looking better before marketing a product that would have potentially frustrated more investors and potential investors.

I am confident and I suspect that after some fine tuning to their product, some marketing plans will be fully implemented as they had stated within their earlier PR.
