Been 12 days since news released and no significant rise in PPS seen. Need ASCM to back off the BID & ASK to allow PPS to rise.

I believe RXMD qualifies for $2 PPS uplist. Their target was said to be $5, but that isn't the requirement. Armen knew what was in process when he said that he isn't interested in an rs of more than 1:100, hopefully less.

Armen only has common shares now. Those shares will have significant value, IMO. He made the deal, he didn't need to make the deal.
