You're misunderstanding what that means.

Yes, BMCS is carrying the Sumcoin on their balance sheet. Is Miller deliberately misleading people into thinking he just gave USDEI assets to another company with no compensation? Actually, I don't think he's that stupid.

Note the bolded word in the statement you posted as "proof".

Collectively as of June 30, 2022 the Company has 79,775 total digital currencies who’s value at this date is $79,059,965 based upon the Sumcoin closing price on December 31, 2021 of $979.04 per coin.

I'm not disputing that they're carrying the Sumcoin on their balance sheet. But that's not the whole story.
