Surf knows a great deal about Sharp and the history of GOFF.
You do understand that hijacked shells with as much baggage are always scams. Sharp has never build a real business - all of his hijacked shells are about self enrichment.
There isn't going to be a merger with a real company - it will be more like Ligand and Maverick with FORW - just pumping BS.
