I'm guessing all of this hoopla is what's holding up the 10-Q and regaining compliance. That may still take a couple weeks + to complete. It looks like from the August PR that Colucci may be on his way out but not right away. And likely not without the typical parachute. This is only my guess. If everything favors BBIG this will be quite the nice play.
