Please tell me with such a huge profit why we r getting note holders conversion? Can they pay off the debt with profit? It looks like the company is making money with one similar to Nasdaq but it is running by bunch of otc style mgt.

Now we know why with such a good news regarding revenue/ profit the pps keep dropping. Shame on mgt to screw the shareholders. If they keep doing note conversion this stock will never c .50.
