Not what the lawyer at the Arkansas Division of Securities says.

I trust the Division of Securities, not what Parkinson says.

After all, the Cease and Desist Order says bluntly that Parkinson committed fraud and deceit. Why trust someone already found to be guilty of deceit and fraud?
