That is if you make the assumption the company is going at it alone.

No storefront, nor ordering link and no payment options. Why?

We already know they have a partner to handle product servicing, Marine Electric

and FoxEss will soon start a US marketing campaign which will draw solar product buyers to the Sun Pacific website where they will see the other products (glass and non glass solar panels) SNPW has to sell.

Also as I stated before IMHO SNPW will be the face of IST in the US and IST ALREADY has a customer base in the US started.

The pre orders SNPW might be anticipating could be the customers who are currently aware of and buying IST Indonesia made solar panels.

Think calling the company would answer that IMO
They are selling light towers for 17K and have them ready to go.
For solar and batteries these products are project specific and would need engineered drawings and plans.
