? And what are they going to tell you? I was in contact with Ryan some time ago. I didn't press him on anything...and the correspondence was regarding a product issue which he handled immediately. I wished him luck with Novint et al and he stated this(copy and paste from email)..:
"We are working very hard to get Novint where it needs to be."
That's all I need to know....and was glad he didn't say anything else. :)
