Guess they are taking LOI for the 1GW solar factory he is building , I would think that's a freaking brilliant thing to do so he has panels sold before he even starts. Anyone doing this would want to have LOI or orders in hand for piece of mind and also for the investors confidence. IMO

And who is going to place orders based on current information on the company. This is a capital expenditure with many alternatives. Why Snpw, which I believe is still an insolvent company.

They will be building the same panels which IST builds. For now they are reselling the product built in Indonesia.
