"anytime that you would want to liquidate, we will buyback on a 30 days notice" But at what price per share? 15 cents, the original price paid, or what CCAC is trading at on the NYSE once CCAC is on the NYSE?

If I can only get 15 cents per share then I'm not sure what the benefit is to buy sponsorship shares.in the first place. Will dividends be paid on sponsorship shares?
