CB ... it appears the Fluent deal from reading through all the documents there was quite revealing. I dont think any of this was their original contract from the 1st 2 quarters ... this was a full leasout of the whole farm ... we are talking all growing, lease payments, utilities, repairs to Fluent. MF provided the farm and some personnel from what I cam tell. They closed the deal in early to mid August. You can also see Fluent PR'ed about it but I assume being on CE they didnt mention the farm or ticker.
From the court docs they had conversations in April. They both tepl conflicting stories about who approached who. MF claims Fluent contacted them. Fluent claims MF contacted them. That is a fairly important detail.
We know MF knew something was up as early as March 2nd from the detention hearing as Svorai's defense attorney spoke with him. And the CE happened in July. So was this in response to any of that. I dont know but they detail out how many THC plants and CBD plants per the contract, the amount they would be paid for each plant ... the THC plant prices ... definitely where the money was at ... along with all the other expenses Fluent was responsible for. Fluent only game them about either 30 or 70k ... I think it was supposed to be 300k up front and never paid them another dime.
Well we know there was at least 350k in farm contracts because that is what MF paid other people in shares. So he had to at least have raked in 500k from those.
