For the people who don't know this. That's us.... That's ITUP. That's ITUP's WM arm being acquired by CCAC. I think. Pretty sure. Which also answers some of the questions that Snow may have had ;-)

So this is the value of the Cow shares that the ITUP shareholders will receive.
aka the "stock dividend".

And they will be worth twice as much initially (although no guarantees)

And these are the shares that the ITUP shareholders will be able to sell after a year (perhaps 6 months) on NYSE even if ITUP itself should never get a listing.
