where is the evidence that warrants were issued by WMI?....if the judge was correct, warrants would have had to be stated on the chapter 11 closing documents for signatures, in exchange for releases...a chapter 11 bk cannot be closed if there are "implied", or hidden values to be show up later, without all parties to the chapter 11 be made known....class 18 would certainly be wanting to know that there were these warrants, as their class was "impaired", because of lack of funds in the waterfall....there are no warrants to move money after the bk closes... that is hogwash....
