Yep, and now the 1-A is qualified @ .001 with up to 1 Billion shares. As you can see from the Volume, even with significant News, it appears the market has little to no trust in the CEO. This news should have driven the PPS up 100-150%
To regain trust in the market, they should cancel the 1-A and make a statement of no offerings of R/S's for at least a year.
In my opinion, the best way to get the company at the valuation ii deserves, is to replace the CEO and CFO.
Nothing personal, look at the YTD performance of the stock. Yes, Crypto crashed. but the Market Cap of the company should be at least 5 times higher, at a minimum. That failure falls on the CEO and CFO and their 300k and 150K salaries when they should have cut their salaries and used that money to grow the business when it's in dire need of capital, but alas, lets issue a 1-A and dilute up to another Billy.
Belfrics potential is undeniable, but it's overshadowed by mistrust in the market.
I hope I'm wrong and they get this to .05+ where it belongs
