in meneral right deals I have had it both ways sometimes a company approches me other times they ahave a broke, and I have had times when I had a broker searcha for a buyer for me. Ia also have had comanies send their land man to my home to fianlize a deal. Wonder who who actually began this deal and why. I just can't see a broker accepting shares as a fee when they are restricted. Nor can I see a owner accepting only a orr.
