That's always the results in the toxic OTC world,they all borrow from criminal loan sharks,that are nothing but a bunch of scm bags criminals,who go short and then toxic dilute the stock down,and make their money back from diluting share holders and off shorting it, it's been posted online that the SEC has investigators looking into the matter for violations against share holders committed in scheme to profit off a PD promotion so they could dilute at the higher prices hit last week.

I hope so... I just can't wrap my head around the fact that book value is still way more than it's current PPS.... even if they diluted the rest of their offering.... it should still be around .30
