Not one to wallow around in despair I still think there is hope for no other reason than the founding parties and friends are holding millions of worthless shares unless they somehow get their act together and instill value, so they can sell and run.
Hi, DT. LFER is Pink Current fully SEC Reporting. Charles Scott or Bego has been in Charge the whole current Quarter. I think he may be talking about CareClix management. Just an assumption that’s all because LFER financials are public info and completed and filed with Edgar up to date.

I take that back. LFER Year End is May 31st not your normal 12/31.
So it sounds like Scott has had a falling out with Old Management and they are refusing to oblige.
That being said he could have still filed CareClix Financials.
If he does not get them he will be moved down to limited and have Until I believe November to get it resolved or he would then be Delinquent the Annual Report and then Q1 pushing him to Expert Market.
