But the number of shares is irrelevant, what is relevant is the percentage of shares added to existing outstanding over time. PACV has 5 million dollars in losses a year, so they need to dilute enough to keep the business going. They dilute their stock hundreds of % every year, find another stock that dilutes that much? Investors and traders don't like their shares to lose half their value in just 2 or 3 months. The shares just added over the weekend is 20% of the unrestricted shares! That's happening about every 2-4 weeks! And it will continue indefinitely. I am predicting a shares price this year of .0025 or even less.
