I never put words into other peoples' mouth. In your case, with both of your feet so tightly wedged in there I doubt that I could even if I tried. Just so you'll know, I do take what people say and draw conclusions based on them. In agreeing with Spall you said that it is OK with you for Israel to take away the human rights of the Palestinians. If you are willing to do this, then it is completely fair game for me to lampoon your so-called Libertarianism and call your socio-political views into question (that's what rankles you, isn't it?).
Neither Spall nor I ever said it was alright to round them all up and kill them, which is what you claimed I said. BTW, in case you haven't noticed, Israel is not the US, and is not subject to our Constitution. Israel didn't start the conflict with their neighbors, nor with the Palestinians. They have repeatedly tried to live in peace with them, and made many concessions to bring about that peace. Each time, it has been met with violence. DO I blame the Israelis for wanting the Palestinians gone? No, I don't. Too many innocent people have died in bombings, some suicide, some not. But I have not nor would I ever condone genocide, and it was a very weak argument for you to sarcasticly intimate that I did.
But NOOOOOOO. What you have tried to do, probably because you lack the force of argument or a sufficiently logical enough mentality to formulate one, is to try and make me into the issue. This is a COMMON DEBATE TRICK which has no validity here. If you don't agree with my opinion, post something that counters it. You don't like my humor, use your own rapier-like wit as a reply to it.
Unlike you, I never use debating tricks. It's not my style. I am a very straight forward and honest kind of guy. I don't play games. You , OTH, have on a number of occasions admitted that you do. Debating tricks, as you say, are for those with weak arguments. That explains why you use them SOOOOOO often.
