First of all, I hate having to push the down-arrow, then select from a list of choices, just to reply to a post, change it back.

The picture uploader allows me to choose the file to upload, then displays the name of the file that I chose.. Then when I mash on Upload, the file previously shown gets replaced by "No File Selected", and no picture is uploaded.
