Thanks to poster,srn4u, who provided links to the Dominion cases.

Here is the run down, case was dismissed against Sydney Powell due to wrong jurisdiction and should be in Tex. Have not yet looked the status of that.

The other case is in D.C.and was not dismissed. According to the docket entries. won't be finalized until 2024..

So....the headline reported a second dismissal, not true, but one was dismissed and should be transferred to Tex.

I posted that there was a dismissal, and in fact it was dismissed. So...your information as to the transfer was correct too.

Here's the D.C. case, page 72 shows that it should conclude in 2024, a long way off.
