No. This is only my opinion. I have found this issue confusing because of several descriptions by the CEO, but never once was there a claim of owning all of GT Health. We have had, that WB is a joint venture partner with GT Health. We have had, that WB has a majority vested interest. We have had, that WB majority rights extend to GT Health. We have had, the WB owns or will own 51% of GT Health. Below comes from Q2 filling where it states there is a joint venture partner with GT Health, plus WB's majority rights extend to GestureTek Health. I personally can not translate that, to say exactly what that means as far as WB ownership.
Winning Brands was (and still is) a joint venture partner of a separate pre-existing entity, GestureTek Health (GTH) - a company related to GestureTek Systems (but not governed by GestureTek Systems’ trusteeship). As a consequence of the acquisition, Winning Brands’ majority rights extend to GestureTek Health as well
