Ninja called up! This is a tough one. I suspected Jefferson was a plant for someone. After his investigations a massive buy at the end of his time. Suspicious!
It will hard to knock those guys off, esp when it's s 2nd generation family business.
I was hoping they could transition into the digital tech world with the likes of TrueVote and progress with the fed elections approval. I felt they may have been getting close going back a year or two.
They have the background and experience and half way their with their balloting technology or system. They just need a contract tech team or give part ownership to a tech guy to get them over the line is how I see it. Small contract up front for ownership and big pay off later.
The law suite looks like a hurdle they don't need, but then again it might light a fire under their arses.
A start could be to send a shareholders letter with some suggestions and we could start a campaign of having someone call every day as king when they will have the fed elections campaign in, a long with shareholders sending emails. We could force then off their arses maybe?
These are real things we can do to encourage. Even they you guys don't see my views I don't see any of your ideas ever taking off.
Ninja out!
