but the math ---- of 10% DIVIDEND and then ALL DIVIDEND -- if viewed as dividends -- I believe would be more than 300B minus whatever the GOV ";put in"

Not true if NWS is killed and 10% is used for the entirety

I have never done the math but I believe the NWS cost -- per posts here - 100B more than the original 10%

If we are arguing the 300B covers all dividend plus investment - that is news to me and will be a tough fight

If we are arguing the 300B includes 100B >10% due to NWS that is the argument I could make
