Just to play Devil's Advocate here but this looks like a plan that failed in 2015, why do we think it's going to suddenly come to life now?
Concerning is the fact that Rennova can't even afford to pay it's staff at it's one remaining hospital. With a stock that can't get above .0001 . This isn't the sign of a thriving company.
