What is all this talk of bankruptcy? If the company needed to raise capital, they should have performed a capital raise into all this volume over the previous five sessions. Why they didn't do that is beyond me. They are discussing terms with creditors and yes they hired a firm to help them perform strategic alternatives to shore up their balance sheet. I'm sure there's going to be some form of dilution. I don't know enough about this company to be honest so I can't even weigh in. I am a block Trader and that's all I'm doing with this.
