No CUSIP numbers. Shares get delivered to DTCC from computer shares. DTCC then supplies brokers with shares to distribute to AMC shareholders on the 8-19 record date.
APE Computer shares are “preferred” shares that can be recalled by AMC co. at anytime regardless to how the DTCC or NYSE feels about it.
Per my Fidelity conversation fractional shares will be paid in cash.*

*I have proof of this DD and it can be purchased for $1 billion dollars but it has to be paid in diamonds every diamond needs to pass certified jeweler and I will pay taxes on anything due under current US tax codes.
