Right me too SMH, they are real professional.

Funny though apparently they used the form for the 3/31/2022 financials since April 20,2022 would have been correct date, BUT THEY NEVER FILED A LATE NOTIFICATION FOR THE March 2022 FILING. They seem to have it ready but never filed.

They said further down on the filing

"Anticipated date is August 20,2022., but that is misleading since August 20,2022 is a Saturday so the anticipated date is really 8/22/2022.

Yeah i know it says 5 calendar days.
